How to Measure Your Ring Size at Home

Using a Strip of Paper or String

1. Cut a thin strip of paper (approximately 1 cm wide) or use a non-stretchy string.

2. Wrap it around the base of your finger, ensuring it slides over the knuckle comfortably.

3. Mark the point where the paper or string overlaps.

4. Measure the length from the starting end to the mark using a ruler (in millimeters).

5. Use a ring size chart to determine your ring size based on the measured length.

Tips for Accurate Measurement

Measure your finger at the end of the day when it's likely to be largest.

Avoid measuring cold fingers, as they can be smaller than usual.

Ensure the ring sizer or paper strip fits snugly, but can still slide over the knuckle.

Repeat the measurement a couple of times for consistency.
